adam scott and lots of lacrosse

game today!
i've been watching a lot of college men's lacrosse the last 2 days. ah wow so much. i saw maryland win, navy win, and duke win. i was supposed to go to the women's georgetown vs. duke today but my dad thought it was going to rain (which it did) and my mom was being pissy about it being mothers day and she didnt want to go. so i watched some more lacrosse today. i saw hopkins win. and then ive been watching golf on nbc or whatever. its not over yet
i have a new thing for golf. haha yea. i started watching it like 2 weeks ago and now i like watching it. and we're playing it in gym class (haha) and we're going to this golf course on tuesday. and my aunt was telling my mom how 1500 womens golf scholarships go unused each year and so she was like "you should start playing golf instead of fieldhockey" and i was like "im already going to fieldhockey camp this summer...i cant just quit it so i can play golf" (which im not really good at).
so my pictures today will be my new golf man!
PICTURE(s) OF THE DAY:mmm adam scott. hes kinda sexy, except for after he has hat hair at the end of playing....

the worlds are boring...because of canada

sorry its been such a while. like 2 days. haha. i bet anyone who is reading this at all seriously missed not getting their daily fix. oh well!

as i signed off in my last post, i tried to get rid of my farmers tan. so, i sat outside on a beautiful sunny day, switching between reading my wonderful novel for school (which would be ALL QUITE ON THE WESTERN FRONT) and listening to 'da pod'. well, i ended up finishing that great novel and ended up sunburning. and i ended up not doing my science fair report. it was quite great. i guess now at least i have a less severe farmers tan but really, that day in the sun didn't do much. maybe i have to spend less time but more often in the sun. like, instead of 4 hours for one day, i could do 30 minutes a day and that would (most likely) be better. but im still probably getting skin cancer!

sorry for all the details about my personal life. back to hockey...and all that shit.

PICTURE OF THE DAY:well that one cute little chubby baby. haa i can't stop laughing every time i look at it. its great.

so i was watching some of the world champs, U.S. vs Canada while simultaneously doing my wonderful AP homework and really...it disappointed me. i mean, i gotta watch some kinda hockey or i will become slightly depressed and i couldnt really pay attention. its not that i was bad hockey, just, nobody interested me. i didnt really care about the members on the teams or the teams at all. the only thing i cared was that canada didnt win, which they did anyways. i mean canada is great sometimes (like the peeps that come out of there. wow) but common, do they need to keep winning? those cans are crazzzy. so i probably will never watch a world champ game again. maybe ill watching some russian games as long as they're not playing canada. because i actually know i good amount on that russian team...partly because the caps are made up of some star russians haha. but also, i didnt even know anyone on the teams. except for like the occasional random eastern conference player or a sabre but all the other people i was like "who the fcuk (great store) are all these people out there?). and seriously, i dont any of the players are that interested in winning. they're probably just thinking this when they can play and do whatever they want because really, how important are the worlds? they arent really. maybe for choosing olympic people but....uygghh

and oh yea! i cant wait till the pens and flyers start playing so i can see how the crosby's beard is coming along!

greasy Zorro

seriously, at the moment, i should be doing like a 10 page science report thats due tomorrow with bibliography and in depth knowledge of my experiment (which i totally faked) and i don't think that is going to happen. i cant even concentrate as madonna and justin timberlake (oh and timbaland?) are conversing in my ear and just everything going on in my life...i guess thats 20% off! yay. but at least i have time to (hopefully) see the pens beat the rangers!

PICTURE(s) OF THE DAY:

this is the latest i can find of his beard. its from yesterday actually

and i guess it is becoming quite itchy. i mean, i understand. look how impressive that is!

'There's a hint of sideburn on his cheeks, a fleck of stubble on Sidney Crosby's chin.
Yes, the Pittsburgh Penguins' star player - and the NHL's most renowned baby-faced player - is trying to grow the mandatory playoff beard.
Penguins goalie Marc-Andre Fleury, who, at age 23, is nearly as clean shaven as the 20-year-old Crosby, said it's a struggle for those who can't grow a beard in one day like teammate Ryan Whitney.
"He started early, too," Fleury said, laughing, of Crosby's newly grown facial hair.
NHL players traditionally don’t shave during the playoffs, and his teammates expect Crosby to keep his still-under-construction beard going for the duration of the Pittsburgh’s postseason run.’

this article is from quite a while ago. april 8th to be exact but...i dont think his beard (if thats what i should call it?) has grown much since it was written. and poor little MAF'

ahaha oh and one last article quote:

' According to Maxime Talbot, Sidney Crosby’s faint attempt at growing a playoff beard makes him look “greasy.” As for the mustache he has going right now, Talbot said that makes him look “like Zorro.” '
bahahaha
